Yeah I love mine...it's almost always with me. I'm listening to music from it right now in headphones. I usually convert videos (like NBA highlights, SNL skits, movie trailers, music videos) and watch them on it too. Very good for traveling and killing time. You can also go on the internet on it which is really cool. Worth the money for me too, and I've had mine for about 2 years

Yes it is worth the buy -- I have mine and love it, especially considering all it can do. But we warned, I see this thread being moved to the Games forum in the near future.

Yeah it should go there, but psstt, I think he wanted some quick responses :hehe:

just get a small Laptop. i enjoy my laptop more. especially for traveling in the car.

I was gonna put it the Tech form but nobody responded much in it but thanks for the warning Trunks

I was all set to buy one but I was ignored at Best Buy.
Maybe one day, maybe one day.

If you are ignored it goes a long way I bet thats what gets most of the people not to buy something

It was early in the day, they had just open their doors. I was in a hurry to meet someone for a movie so I didn't make a fuss. I just left.

Did you like, ask someone? Or did you just stand by the glass case waiting for someone to come by and when no one came over to help, you said "**** this" and walked out?

Did you read the post above you?

Yes, you said you were in a hurry and they just opened. But that doesn't answer my question, Hence why I asked it. :whatever:

Well, I'm a seasoned shopper of 20 odd years and I know when I'm being ignored. So I'll not explain how it all went down but rest assure I was.

I bought the Star Wars bundle when it came out. I like my PSP. I have some fun retro games like Galaga, Defender, Ms. Pac-Man, Joust, Centipede and all the others, which are really sweet on the handheld. Plus I have GTA : Vice City and FF 1 and 2. Very nice retreads and make me nostalgic as well.

I just picked up Crisis Core and so far its been a gas.

Can't wait till I get my PS3 when the MGS4 bundle comes out. Linkin' the PSP with it will be nice.

I've got the first two seasons of Family Guy, Pulp Fiction, and the Spider-Man trilogy for plane trips and that works well.

For the Battleground game and the sweet Vader graphic on the back, the 199 I payed was a good deal.

:thing: :doom: :thing:

Thats happened to me a couple times at best buy , some of the service there is total b.s.

I think the psp is a good buy if you use it . dont pay for it if it's just going to wind up wasting shelf space. it makes sense if you travel often or have to wait at certain places.

I’m definitely glad I got mine.

It’s about the only gaming system I use, mainly because you can just play whenever you want.

I bought a PSP with my birthday money a few years back and I returned it within a week. The games were too short and none of them were that great. The UMD movies were too expensive, like $20-$29 with no special features, just the movie. The memory card they gave you could only hold like 12 songs and a few games saves. I had dial-up at the time, so the web browser was useless. And the volume didn't go high enough when I was listening to music. Not to mention if you drop it, you're screwed.

On the plus side, the battery life was good.

So the following year I just bought a Laptop. Much better. In fact, I'm on it right now. ;)

Right...

Did you physically ask the person to get you one?
"Excuse me, I'd like to buy a PSP."

The PSP is AWESOME, if I had more money I would buy loads of games, there are just way too many good ones & God of War: Olympus is almost upon us as is FFVII:Cris Core.
