I came across this but could not find out if it was a model you can buy or if someone just sculpted it as a piece of art, I figured someone in this section may know. :)

My god it's beautiful. I imagine it's merely a design of it done in a realistic manner, I can't imagine the gods being good enough to allow this for purchase.

It looks absolutely amazing, but I'm going to have to agree with Team Andino and RedSkull, I think it's computer made. There's just a very, very small degree of fakeness that I can't quite put my finger on, but I can see, if you understand what i'm trying to say.

Looks amazing, but it's clearly fake. The BG gives it away.

Looks CGI ( Very nice art ). The only model kits available right now, that I know of, are the 1966 Batmobile ( George Barris' TV Show version ). There's actually 2 or 3 different ones of that car.

There's another company that will be coming out with a Tumbler Car ( The Dark Knight ) later in the year. I forget the name, I think it's "Polar Lights", maybe?

Not a model but a toy. Here it is: http://www.batman4sale.biz/?p=737

He's asking about the image he posted. That particular photo. We know there are toys of the TAS batmobile.
