Comics Is Ultimate Spider-Man still dating Kitty or did they break up?

The last time we saw Kitty, Peter hung up on the phone on her because she was being so ridiculous. Than he talked with MJ, and admitted Kitty doesn't know him. So technically they are still together, but for how long is a mystery.
The cover to 105 indicates them breaking up, however, covers often fool.

However I'd really like to know when Ultimate Power takes place. As shown in previews for #2 of that mini the two of them still seem to be together as they are shown talking while swinging around Manhatten.

A lot of Bagley's young women in the series look similar though. Gwen and MJ even appear vaguely interchangeable, aside from different eye and hair color, styles, and other details. I love his artwork, but that fact is disappointing. He's capable of more.

I think the only difference between those two are, like.. eyebrows. And that's it.
