Comedy It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia - Part 2

17 years he’s been on this show and no one thought to pass this information along…?

Oh it gets better. You know who else has been on the show from B89? Bob, the Joker's right hand man. Pun fully intended. :o

I'm a little behind :tearsofjoy: but Frank's chess match with the Russian was genius and based on an unfounded accusation that happened earlier this year during a real chess match.

Watching some S1-2 right now. It’s bizarre to see everyone so close to relative normalcy. Especially Charlie and Frank.

Got to the S2 finale. It’s almost unfathomable to think of a time when Dennis, Dee and Frank ever believed they were related. It would’ve been nice to see Bruce pop up a little more often over the years. It’s just too bad Stephen Collins ended up being a perv.

I wish we got to see some of the chaos instead of a jump, but still enjoyed it.

I think it's their hanging out together so much slowly brought out their insanity.

Loved the split-second cut to the episode title tonight. In years past, I think they would’ve let Dennis saying “We have better things to do than go bowling” have a moment to breathe before the cut. This almost felt like the editors were like “It’s season 16, you know what these *******s are about.”

Where has the time gone where next week is already the season finale?

Loved Charlie just getting a strike like it was nothing after he came back from that child's birthday party.

I’ll never understand the impulse to wrap a season up with an episode like this. We’re probably not going to be seeing the gang for a while, why not leave off with an episode actually focusing on the whole gang?

I'll agree with you there. The Risk E. Rat episode should have been the finale. I'm certainly glad we got this episode though and I should have seen it coming since Glenn Howerton went on a rant against Tesla on the podcast last year. There was probably very little acting involved on his part.

Dennis From 'Always Sunny' Got His Tesla Stuck in a Parking Garage Because the Car Couldn't Connect to the Internet

I do like how we've gotten these very personal sort of season finales as of recent. This one was Dennis,' in Ireland it was Charlie crying in the rain when trying to honor his dad, and Mac had his big [gay] dance. So while they might not the best, I like how they're more character-driven.

Though I do think that the Risk E. Rat episode could've served as a great finale with the gang walking off after their reign of terror.

That is one more reason I will never own a car connected to the internet so tightly that it won't work without wifi.

I would have used the Risk E. Rat episode as a finale too. Perfecting ending.

This was a top 10 episode for me. I saw that podcast episode, and right away knew where this was going and had a delightful smile on my face.

I feel like the true transformation of this show occurred once Frank went from being the adult/parental figure of the group to essentially being a weird, demented little kid tagging along with some grown-ups.

The Waiter looks disturbingly similar to BJ from The Righteous Gemstones.

Female Dennis looks like my sister.

I'm going to the live Podcast in NYC next Friday. Can't wait.
