Is it just me or wouldn't this scene in Lethal Weapon 2 had been better if Murtaugh would have said the line first THEN shot the bad guy? I mean...I understand why he said it after killing the guy but it would have been great if the bad guy would have heard him say that.

I think he meant it was revoked because he was now dead. When he was alive, he still had immunity.

I miss the Lethal Weapon movies...
