This is a continuation thread, the old thread is [split]369305[/split]
Wow, talk about being desperate or extremely persistant.
Funny thing is I don't think anyone truly knows what that even means.I hate how everytime I post a pic of me on facebook with a girl while I'm wearing a Superman shirt, I have a friend who always writes "Superman that Ho".
I thought Apple was all about promoting the iPad and iPhone, didn't think they still cared about the Touch. This Commercial

Which reminds me, I also hate those damn iPhone commercials that say, 'if you don't have an iPhone, you don't have an iPhone.' I'm perfectly happy with my Galaxy S, Apple! And I was perfectly happy with my old Moto Razr, too.I thought Apple was all about promoting the iPad and iPhone, didn't think they still cared about the Touch.
It's not just based on what PC gamers say.
The fact is that all current console tech is half a decade old. While PC tech hasn't stopped progressing. But game developers can't take advantage of all the new PC tech because the consoles can't handle it. So all the game developers and hardware manufactures are being held back until Microsoft and Sony decide to start the next console cycle, or start producing more PC only games (which they are)
Once the new consoles come out, they'll use the latest and greatest (and expensivest) in tech, and be ahead of PC's again. And all the game developers will scramble to catch up with the consoles. And then the consoles will age, while PC's keep improving, and the game industry will max out what the consoles can do, and the cycle starts all over again.
The real reason why is because of torrenting and piracy. Developers don't want to work so hard when they know it's going to torrented and they lose millions.
Yes, your point is another valid one, but it isn't the main one. That's the reason why more and more PC-focused games are changing their main system to consoles for development. They know they're get a more sure profit from those not only because of higher prices, but also because they know there are less people pirating from consoles than from PCs.
