I know it's a cheesy line but when Travolta said that line he sound like he was Irish or Scottish. Anyone else caught that?

For some reason every time I hear that I imagine he will follow up "It's your duty" with ....."to please that Booty".

Yeah, I know what you mean. It sounds like he runs out of breath when he gets to the part where he says "....I don't care what it takes, what it costs." His voice sounds weird for that bit.
