George Miller was too much to hope for, wasn't it?
If I know SHH right, somebody will reply with "he sucks"
Cool, I guess. Never seen any of his movies, so it looks like I need to do some homework.
He is also directing Robotech. Nice!
From this quote. Does it suggest Orm as the antagonist?
No, I think the proper response will be: He just gave us a fantastic Mad Max film, so let him give us the next chapter that's been promised to us.
Awesome news. Seriously, can we take a moment to appreciate the amazing talent WB has gotten for their DC movies so far?
Nice to see this confirmed. I hope the story is done well.
Yeah, and then there's Zack Snyder.
But no, seriously, it's nice to see DC continue to build positive buzz.
Glad Wan is official.
The guy who directed Saw. Yes!
After WW, Aquaman is the DC hero I'm most looking forward to seeing onscreen. The history and mythology around this character can make for a standout film, very different from other CBMs. And Wan is a solid choice. Well played, WB.
Can you imagine how Themiscyra and Atlantis and their inhabitants will look if WETA is involved like they were with Snyder's Krypton?
I hope they get WETA to do the visual effects for Atlantis. I'm curious as to how they're going to approach Atlantis.
Definitely an interesting choice, I like everything of his I've seen so far. I haven't watched Fast 7 yet but it obviously cleaned up at the Box Office so I assume it was pretty good. Death Sentence is a pretty underrated movie IMO. Will be interesting to see how he handles this particular genre seeing as he's mostly done Horror movies. I think this is a pretty good choice.
Very interested to see how they fill out the cast around Momoa. The second round of DC casting started out with a good addition with Chris Pine, hoping that that continues with Aquaman, The Flash, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern and Justice League.
This has me intrigued.
