🇺🇸 Jan. 6: The Failed Insurrection of Donald Trump...

US News
Kamala may need to find a new AG for the Justice Department because Garland ain't it. He was far too slow to pursue Trump. Remember the infamous memo leak where his team admitted they were waiting to see how midterms went before going any further.

Interesting. This accomplishes a couple of things. First off, they have to reconsider the case in light of the recent decision of the Stupid Court of the United States. Secondly, this actually helps submarine the charge that Smith's appointment is unconstitutional because he is operating independently without an appointment by Congress. He's saying he has to go back to the DoJ to get input and direction on how the case should proceed. That's not operation outside the confines of the DoJ.

EDIT: I just read his request was granted by Judge Chutkan.

That's totally predictable. People who don't respect law, often end up turning on their own because there's nothing to stop them from doing so. It's all about what THEY think.

Prosecutors on Monday urged jurors to convict former Colorado clerk Tina Peters in a security breach of her county’s election computer system, saying she deceived government employees so she could work with outsiders affiliated with MyPillow chief executive Mike Lindell, one of the nation’s most prominent election conspiracy theorists, to become famous.

By denying Harris's crowds and going back to attacking mail voting, Trump is laying the ground for more election results denial in November and beyond.

He knows he is on the back foot and falling behind day after day, while ignoring his behavior and rhetoric are what is finally becoming too much for even some of his supporters.
