Jared Hess on Captain America?

In Wizard , they reported that Hess was close to signing on for the CA film. Is this true?

It's false...Wizard's movie news usually isn't that accurate. They have a tendency of saying things differently, from already established rumors. Or, reporting something out of the blue. Like "Jared Hess on Captain America". Don't you find it a bit odd how there hasn't been one site to report this? Not to mention where the information came from in the first place.
