'CHASE' - "Chase" is a fast-paced drama from Emmy Award-winning executive producer Jerry Bruckheimer ("CSI" franchise, "The Amazing Race," "Pirates of the Caribbean" films) and executive producer Jennifer Johnson ("Cold Case") that drops viewers smack into the middle of a game of cat-and-mouse as a team of U.S. marshals hunts down America's most dangerous fugitives. Kelli Giddish ("Past Life") stars as U.S. Marshal Annie Frost, a cowboy boot-wearing deputy whose sharp mind and unique Texas upbringing help her track down the violent criminals on the run. Cole Hauser ("K-Ville"), Amaury Nolasco ("Prison Break"), Rose Rollins ("The L Word") and Jesse Metcalfe ("Desperate Housewives") also star as members of Frost's elite team.

They basically give the entire epsiode away in the trailer but the production values are sharp and I like the look of the lead character.

Amazing how quickly the lead actress turned around after that other show.

This is probably going to boring as crap but I have a thing for Kelli Giddish(maybe it's a Southern thing) and I watched that crappy Past Life.

Isn't this basically like In Plain Sight?

Witness Protection? Fugitive Recovery?

I don't see the similarity.She has a dead mom not a drunk one.:woot:

Past Lives....that show was a total turd, but she was hot

both are different functions within the Marshal service.....most offices have the functions separated

I did a paper on the Marshal service in college, it tied into a thing we were doing on the Executive Branch

That's logical and not exciting. I'm going to pretend you're a fugitive in Witness Protection.

I was one of the Bus Worker extras today for Chase...all the stars were there...
and there was a bomb on a bus that we had to run away from
The crew were really nice people...treated me like one of the team and the actors were really nice too...but the show seems kinda corny based on the longgggg shoot they did today...could be good but...from what i saw it could go either way

Well I enjoyed the pilot and I love Kelli Giddish already, but the numbers weren't good.

I thought it was ok...I did another extra thing yesterday...and even 2 of the crew members came up and told me that this show is crap...so im nervous for the rest of the season if they stopped trying haha

This weeks was the best episode so far, I really like the Annie Frost character, hopefully the show sticks around long enough to develop the rest of the team.

Promo for next weeks:

Looks like an interesting case with a cool set piece.

yea....last nights was very well done, Robert Knepper did an awesome job

Kinda sucks she didn't jump off that balcony like the fugitive. Totally reminded me of the Other Guys opening.

That was almost a really well-done, intense ending.

Loves me some Jenn Morrison.

Last nights epi was good. The pshycological aspect of the woman holding on to the memory of her daughter was kind of haunting, I didn't catch on til the last half hour.
I didn't know if Annie was gonna get that little girl out of the semi in time.
I hope this show lasts cause I wanna know more about her dad, I know he's a criminal... but how long has he been on the lam, and I took that he kidnapped Annie while he was on the run

is it wrong that everytime I see Annie in a commerical with the vest and shotgun, I think she is the most beautiful women Ive ever seen

I thought this weeks was pretty good, the woman playing the delusional Mom nailed her role and it made the chase more interesting. The big action set piece at the end was pretty well executed.

Not at all. :word:

Is the guy hitting on Annie the actor that drove the ambulance in Third Watch?

Yes. Eddie Cibrian, who was on CSI Miami last year. He also cheated on his wife with LeAnn Rimes, who was also married at the time. His character got killed off on CSI Miami.

Another solid ep this week that revealed a bit more about one of the characters. I find Annie to be one of the better female action leads of recent times, shame this show looks set to be a one season only deal.
