Well considering the news today about his Lex being in JL... All my excitement (which wasn't much after the crap fest that was BVS) has completely deflated.. You win Zack, continue to muck everything up as you please.

My favorite scene in BvS was the rooftop scene he had with Lois and Superman. Can't wait to see how his character arc turns out.

Well, it was a given that he'll appear in JL. I do like the fact that there seems to be a pretty clear character arc with all these characters and that they really develop through the course of films, but when it comes to Eisenberg's Lex I hope his character arc will take him into a truly different direction in subsequent films. BvS already set a number of reasons which could justify a more extreme change of the character, so it wouldn't be hard to do. It remains to be seen whether they'll do it.

Well, this just shows that Zack Snyder and Chris Terrio know exactly what worked in BvS and they are making sure those things carry over to Justice League! Jesse's Lex was praised by nearly all the critics and fans, regardless of what they thought of the rest of the film. Any fears I had about this movie have dissipated! Smooth sailing from here on out!

Well that and the fact that Zack has openly stated that if he directed Batman Begins then there would be a scene depicting Bruce Wayne getting raped.................. Yea.. WB if you're reading this then please just can Snyder altogether and while your at it then just recast Eisenberg quickly and pretend it never happened. I hear Billy Zane isn't doing much lately.

I sorta enjoyed Jesse's Lex. The rest of the movie was flat and monotone, Lex provided a sense of personality to the movie.

Don't mucking forget that Snyder stated BvS Lex was a younger version so we can seem.him evolve to the iconic Lex. The only issue I see here is that they might him the iconic version we all love in this movie, without stretching it out due to the backlash.

Although to some its a good thing JL Lex will be 100% comic book accurate. It would be better to see him evolve to that.

Jesse Eisenberg can pull it off, he is a great actor theres no doubt there.

His personalty is going to change. It is inevitable that they have to make him the classic calculated bald Lex. He is going to get out of prison by probably getting defense that he was not in control for his decisions.

This would mean we would see the suited up bald Lex trying to get his company back up after a minor hicup.

I really hope they get him out of prison. This would be a brief cameo but it works in favour for future Superman movies and DCEU. They are building Lex and make him evolve.

I am of understanding that it isn't disbelief in Jesse, but more of disbelieving in Snyder realizing how to approach Lex. Perhaps he would have camped up in actor else to do the role.
