I have to admit. Very unexpected choice, but I accepted it pretty quickly, but I have to say, some of the comments here have had me laughing so hard I nearly fell of my chair.
The casting announcements are always hilarious. Some are LOL kinda funny and others are, " good God what I am I reading" funny. Still, all in all very entertaining.

To be fair,I'm not outraged.The Douglas as Pym casting was the closest I came to rage.

Affleck: Eh,I'll give him a chance

The thing people have to remember is that Eisenberg is only going to be as good as the character is written and directed. This is why the whole 'left field' casting love from fans sorta has me scratching my head - this isn't a Chris Nolan movie.

They announced the Superman/Batman movie in general, so that's a given.

But neither Metallo nor Nightwing have been confirmed.

I'm still not over the shock phase. I'm still like "what the ****". With Affleck, I was excited. My chest feels like I've been hit by a bowling ball and while I was on the ground, a group of guys kicked my ass.

I don't want to dislike this but I do.

Seriously though, I barely ever post here, but come casting time, and it's go time. I will be so bold as to say, there is nothing on tv currently that's as funny as when people lose their **** over casting.

Trust me that was my exact same reaction when I woke up today. I kid you not that I questioned if I was really awake or still sleeping.

I like the decision but this is most definitely the most surprising casting choice I have ever seen for any superhero film to date.

I mean I love Snyder and Goyer and I loved Man of Steel, but neither of them are Chris or Jonah Nolan.
