It hasn't calmed down since this film was announced, so I doubt it would have calmed down regarding this news :o:oldrazz:

Gotta admit though, ever since MOS.... Snyder has definitely caused (whether intentional or not) a lot of mixed reactions from the choices that he's made concerning the character and his films....

I mean you have Pa Kent's Death...Superman killing Zod....to Ben being Batman, Wonder Woman being in this film...and now this.

All of which, I don't have a problem with. :o

Ya know, I'm kinda getting behind this Eisenberg as Lex thing. I just hope he tries something different and doesn't come off like he's doing Zuckerberg again.

The casting is so crazy, it just might work.

Well this whole concept of prominent figures being now consisted of young upstarts could definitely work here...especially if Lex has intentions of taking over Wayne Enterprise as well.....with this logic behind it being that Bruce is a worn out businessman that's pretty much yesterday's news.....which would fit with the belief that Batman is weary from many years of crime-fighting, thus doesn't pay as much to his company's status.

If they go the accident route I'd rather see him with his normal hair for most if not all of the movie. Then when he loses it it'll be another thing he blames Superman for. Lex with long hair isn't really a deviation from the comics either

What if it happened while he was experimenting with the left over Kryptonian technology?

See, I'd feel hypocritical for bashing the choice considering I always say they should think outside of the box when casting, but I think when we say that we're like chicks that say they want a man that's smart and funny...they also mean hot. :oldrazz:

Have your comic books always been electronic? Do they have speakers that project audio?

If so, send some my way. I want to hear what Lex's voice is supposed to sound like.

Do you read a comic and think Lex would have a boyish voice? or a strong masculine "merica" voice?
It's just how I always imagined his voice. Just like the flash would have that boyish voice while superman or batman would have that very various deep voice, like lex.

Plus, the animated shows sure helped.

I'm gonna go ahead and say it.

But I bet money that we'll never see Lex wearing a business suit in this movie.

How many 30 year old self made billionaires do you see wearing suits?

The whole point of becoming immensely rich is so you don't have to wear a suit and can wear what you want.

Jobs didn't wear a suit.

Zuckerberg doesn't wear suits.

Larry Page doesn't wear suits.

I think we might see a blazer. Maybe a button up shirt. But a full on three piece suit and tie? No way.

Personally I can see him wearing a t-shirt and a business jacket with jeans and high top sneakers.

If he doesn't look at least like this, I'll be highly disappointed.

He's the same in everything he's been in. He's just be a bald version of that. He's Michael Cera minus decent comic timing.

Or I could just give my honest opinion?

Of course we don't know. Doesn't mean we are not allow to express what we think is likely.

This is a discussion forum, not a 'don't say anything until the movie comes out and we know for sure' forum...

I hope that your right and he gives a performance that is NOTHING like his usual.

I just doubt it.

Pretty much my thoughts.

You seem to back track mid-post here. I expect you're wrong to say he won't wear a suit, but I'm sure you're right to say he won't wear a three piece. Who does, other than at weddings?

Usually, I would say it didn't matter to me if Lex had hair or was bald. But in this case, I would say Eisenberg should be bald.
