With Two-Face being in TDK (even if for a brief moment) will the “Average Joe” moviegoer think Jigsaw is too similar (bad guy with messed up face) and be turned off from The Punisher movie?

Nah, they're pretty different. Two-face's mind (at least half of it) matches his disfigurement and it would be tough to get him to let go of that, while Jigsaw would probably do anything to fix his face and desperately wants nothing to do with being ugly.

Actually Harvey Dent has had plastic surgery in both Hush and Dark Knight Returns. In both cases he believed to have gotten rid of his duel personality but it came back to haunt him. In Hush he blames Batman for it.

It amazes me how so many people find Vaughn convincing as a brutal New York GANGSTER.

Yeah, I don't understand that either. Vaughn is probably the last one I would cast in that role. He's to into his comedies now to do something like this. Besides he'd probably want Ben Stiller or one of the Wilson brothers to make cameos
