Joachim Trier's Louder Than Bombs

Joachim Trier will be making his English-language debut with Louder Than Bombs starring Isabelle Huppert, Jesse Eisenberg & Gabriel Byrne.

Plot Synopsis:

The film kicks off with the preparations for an exhibition celebrating the amazing work of a famous war photographer, three years after her untimely death. Her husband and her two sons are reunited for the first time in years. A family secret then resurfaces, plunging their seemingly calm lives into chaos.

Late last summer, this project was postponed indefinitely due to financing prombles. Thankfully, this project is now back on track. With only two films under his belt, Joachim Trier has already become one of my favorite filmmakers. It has been three years since his latest film so I'm more than eager to see this.
