YES! For the love of all that is holy....YES!!!
Doomed_hero said:no, but keep him the **** away from any Spider-Man decsions
I.R.Venom said:No, but he really should heavily think his decisions or at least start listening to the fans. He keeps making these reckless decisions as if he's just trying to create the next "big controversal summer crossover event" to blow us away.
I.R.Venom said:That's fine, but it is still overwhelming when all Marvel can produce are these big story arcs and crossovers constantly that rely on a flip-of-the-coin chance of succeeding or failing. I'm not saying Joe can instantly make a decision on a story he knows will work. Fine, he takes chances, and the readers give him chances, but how many chances are we suposed to give him? He failed with Sins Past (I had high hopes for), he failed with "The Other", and he took a chance with these new Spider powers and costume. You can't seriously tell me that if these next few JoeyQ events fail that you'll still have his back? I'm not trying to change your mind. If you like him, fine, but like I said, he's the reason I converted over to DC and independent comics.
I.R.Venom said:I wasn't defending DC either. I just got into DC because I'm NOT liking Marvel anymore. Understand, I only read certain Marvel comics. I don't have the money or time to read everything Marvel produces, so I mainly read Spider-Man, and the way SM is being handled, with the exception of USM, its too much for me. I don't think Spider-Man should be handled the way it is. But I still like to read comics. Its a passtime I've enjoyed since I was still afraid of the dark and used to find toys in my cereal box and watch the original Power Rangers. I know comics change with each generation but I know Spider-Man should not be the way it is, no matter what new changes you (Joe) feel are needed. Wheter these changes are good OR bad, its more than we need and more than I prefer to tolerate.
And yes, DC does have a thing for "Crisis"es...
I.R.Venom said:Me too. There's still USM and Ult. Fantastic 4 I'm religiously reading. It was nice to have an intelligent debate without needless profanity and flaming, also.

i say hats off.
imdaly said:Don't forget that, according to Young Avengers #1: Director's Cut, Joey Q is the man responsible for not only talking Heinburg out of quitting Young Avengers before he even started, he also was the one to help him get the first scene on paper.
Without Joey Q....there'd be no Young Avengers.
