Anyone know were to find material for it? I know it was customized (Print Screen) they call it, what they did for spiderman and all. For people like Sixx and fan creations, where did you get yours? I got the gloves and socks already.

I have a feeling that the shirt isn't customized, when I bought my suits at a warehouse mid last year I remember seeing the same shirt for sale for $20, I nearly picked it up too but it only came in Small.

thanks I'll keep looking around, haha. I need everything else but the socks and gloves.

All of his clothes were custom, so you aren't going to find it in a store. There are sellers on eBay selling shirts and digitally printed fabric (so you can make your own shirt). It's going to cost you about $400 at current prices though for either. I just saw a perfect replica vest go for over $600 so it's a pricey little game some of us are playing.

Very pricey. I got my vest off Ebay for like $200.

I'm still calling B/S that the shirt was custom as I have seen it for sale.

Where does it say all of his clothing is custom? Because I also have the blue suit jacket he has under his long purple coat.

What's the brand, and do you know the make of it?

Um... doesn't it say it in the MOVIE that his clothing is custom? :whatever:

********. everything heath wears in the movie was made custom for him. i know this for a fact. next time you meet lindy hemming ask her. she'll show ya...

It also says in the MOVIE that if you have a non existent Memory Cloth you can fly off the top of roof tops, it also says in the MOVIE that if you are in a fire you will burn your face evenly to one side, it also says in the MOVIE that you can jump from a rooftop and land on a pull down ladder without shattering your rib cage, breaking your sternum and severely puncturing your lungs. Do you see where I'm going with this?

What's the brand, and do you know the make of it?

Nah I didn't see, the guy bought it over with a suit for me to try on but it wasn't my size so he put it back, I did like it though

Who? And come on. If I'm lying, wouldn't I have said I bought it?

I know for a fact that his clothing isn't custom as I own the exact same blue suit he wears under his purple jacket. Same material and everything..

Do you have a picture of your shirt with the same hexagon print?? Just curious

I have no doubt that you are remember "A" shirt. I have a feeling, however, that you are remembering a "close enough" shirt, and not an identical shirt.

I have to agree with Red.

Go watch the video with the costume designers on how they built the joker goon masks. They are sitting talking in a room where a lot of the screen used costumes were held. All of them were custom.

Big multi million dollar movies don't just use stuff they find on the street. Thats why they have awards and **** for the costuming people.

And I'm not even saying the shirt was FOR SURE custom, because we truely don't know.

The production notes for the film state that it was based on a vintage shirt she found in a second hand store. Whether that means the cut of the shirt or the pattern specifically, we don't know.

if the shirt does in fact exist, good luck finding it. better to just get it custom made. some folks have done it (see the joker costume thread) and it looks great. If you get the pattern you can get it to be a near exact replica.

I called WB and they said Lenning did customized it. The person who made the costume, they said Lenning screen printed it (Like what they did for Spider-Man and other costumes) Anyone know where to get stuff like this printed at??

I didn't buy it, it only came in small. I didn't even know The Joker wore the same shirt, I would have picked it up and sold it on ebay if that was the case.

I do however have the same suit he wears under the purple coat. Someone asked me for a picture but I had a probation ban and during that time my ex took back her digital camera. Maybe when I get around to buying one I will take a photo.

I'm starting to want to go back there to see if they have more of them in just to prove everyone wrong + sell some on Ebay.

After seeing it and hearing that its custom and all of that I'm starting to feel that WB got jipped with the shirt. I swear on my mothers grave it was the exact same shirt, but weather you believe me or not is up to you. Doesn't bother me in the end. I have proof with the suit.

For all we know, they could be calling it custom made as in, they found what they wanted that was already made and then did it all themselves.

you dont seem to understand what i'm saying. i know the clothing was created custom becuase that is how they make clothing for movies. add to that lindy hemming herself said so and i dont know why you feel the need to debate this. just because you have a similar jacket (so do i and i have seen countless jackets that would seem to be a good match over the past six months). besides we dont have enough reference shots of his sportcoat to even know exactly what it looks like so how the hell do you know?

as if i needed to prove my point, here you go...

btw what store where you shopping at? i have no doubt you saw something similar but c'mon...

May I ask what the name of the store was?

That just shows a bunch of clothing on a rack, I see nothing that shows anything being custom made, so you point is not proven..... And the scene where Joker pulls out the joker card and goes "Heres my card" clearly shows his suit.

May I ask what the name of the store was?

Mr Bankrupt, or its Mrs Bankrupt. Its a place where all the stores who are going bankrupt sell the last of their goods for one bulk price to the warehouse, then they sell it to the public. They were selling suits marked down from $1500 to $50-$100 each. So I have no clue how much the shirts would have been.

For what its worth I saw the shirt before any pictures of The Joker other than the face one had surfaced. Way before the Empire magazine cover.

Just stop being an ass. You didn't see the Joker shirt in a store and you don't have the same blazer, either. You have a similar blazer in a color that you think is the right one. Fact is is that the blazer is gray and not blue, and the shirt you saw was probably similar but not the same shirt. They make ALL of the clothes in these movies. They pay these people tens of thousands of dollars to design and produce them. They might use found objects here and there, but for the most part everything is original and custom for the film. To top it off the goddamn costume designer is on video saying everything was custom, so goddamnit there it is. I drink your milkshake. Slllllllluuuurrrrpppp!!!!

No. Actually all I see is another poor soul who is so convinced that they are right that they will ignore logic and fact in their zombified pursuit of proving it to themself even though everyone else knows that the fool is full of ****.

Kinda sad, but to each his (or her) own.

Owned. Thank you Orange, thats exactly what I was trying to say. But the OP ignored me so I'm sure you'll get the same treatment.
