Difference is that Jordan Peele is actually releasing these projects. Del Toro's stuff stays in developmental hell, then he moves on another pipe dream--I mean project.

Thank god Pinocchio is actually happening. Another difference is that Peele isn't directing some of his projects, just producing. Makes it easier to spread yourself around when you're not personally handling everything.
