Since Joey Q has said she'd return with powers and be a big player with "friends". What do you think this means?

She'll probably be a forefront member of a X-teen group. I say this because JQ also said that teenage superheroes are going to be given a nice portion of the spotlight.

Personally I don't care if they can inject her anywhere as long as she is back and ten times better.

I'd love for a new Generation X to form up:

Jubilee, Husk, Chamber (pretend the apocalypse stuff never happened) and Angel could teach some new kids. :)

By new kids do you mean completely new characters or unfamous already existing characters? I don't think I'd be very much interested in the former.

I'd like to see her developed all I've got to go by is the 90's cartoon. Actuially having her lead New X-Men or at least work with them and show her potential.

New characters.

I don't really care about Jubilee. And I don't really care about teenage superheroes that are not the Runaways.

As if the book needed to drive more fans away...

So you're not reading Young Avengers and NXM? Granted, the latter isn't as fun as it used to be but those 2 along with Runaways are better than a lot of the "adult" books.

Eh, Jubilee has never been particularly exciting to me.

If someone could post a pic or even describe one cool thing she ever did with her powers; I'd greatly appreciate it. Everything she can do, Dazzler can do better, and even Dazzler's getting old.

But why, when there's only 198? We need to spotlight our poor students, maybe give some of the powerless their powers back. Have you (or anyone) read the New X-Men Yearbook Special? At the back, it has a caption of every single one of the students and their powers. Some of them sounded so cool, yet I'd maybe seen them in action only one or two times. They should be given the spotlight.

This 198 crap is annoying that's why. Mutants don't need to be sparing. God, it made sense that mutants were beginning to grow in number after all it has been years since the X-Men first came into the world. :(

There isn't "just 198". That's just a random number that the editors pulled out of their collective a$$.

and how will she get her powers back? like magneto minus the drama

Jubilee became something of a kid sidekick to Logan, looking after him as his healing factor dealt with his wounds, and they formed a father-daughter bond.

When they reached Madripoor, the partners met Lady Mandarin, who was actually Psylocke brain-washed and in a new, Asian body. Jubilee was captured by the Mandarin, Psylocke's controller, and dressed up like a China doll. In desperation, Jubilation unleashed an unprecedented amount of plasmoid power from her body, completely demolishing the house she was in at the time. This incident made Jubilee extremely wary in the future of ever pushing the limits of her powers, as she was afraid of hurting people again.

And really, Jubilee's powers can work at such a concise level, she could blow the skin off of you or blow up your brain inside of your body if she concentrated enough.

For those wondering, here's the original quote:

Q - GSHAG: This past New Joe Fridays you answered this question pertaining to Jubilee
“JQ: Keep your eyes and ears open because Jubilee and some friends will be popping up somewhere in the near future. You'll never guess it or expect it, but it will blow you away and bring a smile to your face. This is one of my favorite upcoming projects!”
Now that jogged my memory a little. I remembered reading somewhere (most likely in a New Joe Fridays), in context that you were answering a question that had to do with teenaged sidekicks, that you loved a pitch that had to do with teen heroes and redefining their role in the Marvel U. Does this answer above have anything to do with that, and when will we hear more about this teen hero project?

JQ: Hey, GSHAG, I’m a big fan of Jubilee so let me just say that we have big plans for her that will make her a lead player in the Marvel U. The question is how does she get her powers back?

To be honest, I really wished she would have perrished instead of Skin and Synch. Ever since she was introduced in the 1990's television show, I couldn't stand her. She's nothing but a whiny, snivelling, bratty, attention ****e... Just the mention of her name disturbs me.

Yeah, I dunno who I hate more: Jubes or Molly from Runaways.

thats a little extreme. ****e

"Attention ****e".... There's a difference.

Which basically means that she does anything to get everyones attention.

She is the "Herbie the Robot" of the X-Men.... A useless sidekick that should have been put out of it's misery a long time ago.

1)I'm glad to see that the X books are generally unscathed from Marvel's run on poor decisions with other books *ahem*spider-man*ahem* First they brought back the rusky himself...Colossus, and now Jubilation Lee, the Robin of Marvel, is making a come back. I like it.

2)Dazzler isn't that forgotten. She part of the team in New Wave (which I have been meaning to read, but I just never got around to it. And probably wont...for a long time).

3)I predict that Quicksilver will give her back her powers. That is his new mutant ability after all. Restoring lost powers (wouldn't that be great if he did that for Rogue?)

4)I believe 198 is the number of mutants left in the world, with their powers still in tact.
