Judge: It is illegal for cell phone companies to charge cancelling fee

I'm trying to find the law for this, but it seems stupid to outright outlaw a type of business contract. The implications is that cell phones won't be sold cheap anymore....and I love how the consumers quoted act like they're victims...victims for getting into a contract with a business company.
