:awesome:

It's THE T-Rex! Excellent. Does this lend credence to the "Pratt and the Raptors lead D-Rex into a confrontation with the T-Rex in the abandoned Park" theory? In my mind - Hell yes. :D

I have a bizarre emotional attachment to that T-Rex from the 1st movie, so while I'm absolutely thrilled that she'll apparently be returning in this, I really, REALLY hope she doesn't get killed off. Not by the D-Rex, and not by anyone.

I saw the film again when it was re-released last year for its anniversary. I can tell you it's still one of the best experiences you'll ever have. I can't recall the number of times I saw it on TV or home video over the last 20 years, neither do the film justice.

Cool, would love to see it again.

maybe the Trex will defeat the Drex because its a more ''natural'' dinosaur.

i have no problem if the trex defeats the drex. but it needs to work. the D-rex is a better version of the T-rex. thats why they made him. thats the whole point.

How the hell is she still alive after all these years?

I can't see the T Rex beating D Rex in a fair fight, unless D Rex has some kind of genetic malfunction.

T-Rex apparently had a really long lifespan based on what scientist have gathered. They think their maximum was around 30 years and some have even suggested more.

Me too. Am I the only feeling out that she has the scars from her finale battle with the raptors in the first film? Because that is totally awesome... Given the comments from CT about the travesty of JPIII and "Rex Redemption" twitter post, I highly doubt the TRex will die. However, I agree with others that they need to figure out a creative way to kill the DRex because having the Rex just kill it on a level playing field would probably be a logical break given the DRex's genetic engineering to be superior.

I am sure the D-Rex will get beat up before any T-Rex fight, and well maybe the point is nature over genetic engineering.

Think they will do the water shaking in cup motif? If done right, it will send nostalgic chills up my spine

Is there a person alive that has never been fascinated with dinosaurs?

If so, they are dead inside. Jurassic Park was my first great cinematic experience. I was 5 years old and heading into the dinosaur fascination associated with that age. Just perfect timing.

I saw The Lost World in theaters. Never got a chance to see the first one seeing as I was only 2.

So wait the original T Rex from the first movie is rumored to be in Jurassic World? I thought the original T Rex go released on to site B and was one of the adult T Rex's in The Lost World. Also what happened to the baby T Rex from Lost World? Some claim that the baby T Rex was the Rex that got killed by the Spino in Jurassic Park 3.

I would assume that there was more than just three T-Rexs on Isla Sorna. There was ungoverned breeding there and the species lay clusters of eggs rather than just single offspring. The line in JP3 about T-Rex urine attracting the Spino would indicate that there's been past conflict between the two species as well.

It might even be that the JP T-Rex was the parent of the two adults we saw in TLW.

I need this film to be good. I need to love it.

This and Batman vs. Superman, two very important movies to me personally that I really hope turn out great.

No, that's not how the series either the films the novels have explained. Isla Sorna was very the animals were raised before transport to the Park on Isla Nubar. The two populations are separate. TLW established that no one but INGEN knew about Site B and that everyone assumed all the animals would die odd due to their Lysine deficiency. INGEN would not have moved the Park animals to Site B. They intended to just let them die off.

At leaat that is how I recall Hammond explaining everything to Malcolm at the start of TLW... It's actually a bit of a retcon that animals survived on Isla Nubar since there would be no need to get them from Isla Sorna if the ones on Nubar survived now that I think about it.
