I don't have much faith that Snyder's cut would be very good, but I still really want to see it.

The problem with that is much of what Whedon did is reshoot the stuff Snyder shot. So you cant have both the scenes at the same time because they either change the narrative or serve the same purpose.

I really cannot understand the fact they reshot that scene when we first see Aquaman just to include few 'funny' lines. Or that they cut that badass moment of him with waves crashing around. That moment actually had the camera move slightly to focus on that sign, what was it 'no swimming' or something? Another forced 'funny' bit replacing epic shot the studio used in marketing

yea, the bad greenscreen from the reshoots that were spliced in for that scene was too noticeable.

wonder why they felt the need to add those in?

did snyder's original footage not have enough dialogue? or not enough JOKES?

That whole Aquaman Introduction "section" seemed to have been absolutly "perfect" as it was from the trailers etc.
His scenes with Bruce and all that had a great tone and feeling to it, but in the end you had this lighter tone and bad green screen.

They are some of the most obvious reshoots that bother me a bit about the final movie.

I'd say every single scene in the movie is shortened. Even Momoa turning around shirtless to look at Affleck is shorter than in the trailer. We are talking about literally seconds here. They couldn't let anything be.

I feel as if someone committed the murder and filmed it and sent the video to the cops - we literally KNOW what was done because WB showed us themselves in the marketing stuff
