Did you read my post?! I said his role on Smallville hardly requires him to have a presence, so how would you know it if he does or not?! The few times he's acted off character on Smallville have been the shows best episodes because of his presence.

Once again... Bale is NOT being replaced... Nolan will continue his films... Bale will in all likelyhood do a third... we are just pissed that they want two different versions of the same character at the same time... I think that idea is ludicrous... I don't know how people could be accepting of such a plan and expect everything to go fine and dandy. You are not going to appease both fan bases just by giving them their personal favorite rendidtion of the character... that simply won't be the case... almost every Batman fan you talk who watched BB have accepted Bale as the new Batman... replacing him with another guy in a different universe is confusing as hell... they should cut Batman from the script at all costs.

I know Bale is not being replaced, I and the rest of the world are aware of that.
Two different versions of a character at the same time? I see....kinda like Clark from Smallville and Clark from Superman Returns?
I totally understand now, replacing a guy in a Batman suit with another guy in a Batman suit is confusing as hell. I can see how the public would think they were two different characters.

Im guessing WB is placing more effert into the solo franchises,its all about money.Not giving the fans what they want,thats why Bale and Routh are staying in their solo roles.The JLA movie won't feel authentic now..

Yeah... this JLA will certainly not be one that all fans are clamoring for... to me WB is just using it to max profits and figure out which other characters in their gallery are profitable... I don't understand the logic... you are going to invest 150+ million for a JLA to see if it can springboard an 80 million dollar Flash or other spinoffs of that nature? I don't like the approach.

CGI is gonna be fine.

This film is gonna make money. It's the first big screen pairing of Superman and Batman. That novelty alone will make it note worthy.

CGI isn't gonna turn off too many adults to make the movie profitable. Look at Shrek. I don't know how they could possibly afford to do a live action JLA movie and do it justice anyway.

The only concerns I have are story content, casting, and how seriously the creative team is to make this film as epic as it can be.

However, for the more 'elaborate' sequences, motion caputre will be used...you know, the kind of scenes that would be near to impossible to do live action...

animation is still animation whether its realistic or like JLU. Live action is just so much more real and epic IMO

^Live action can also be limiting. You have to do the "grounded in reality" thing too much. With CG you can basically do everything they've done in the comics.
