Oh no. I don't think so buddy. Wierd Al has more musical talent is his urine than Kanye West has in his entire body! The range of his voice, the creativity. You just go ahead and try to do what Wierd Al does. Amazing how many f'n idiots are in this thread. You can hate all you want on Kanye's ego (really all you're doing is feeding him so it's a moot point), but to diss this guy on his musical merit is ludicrous. Dude has done more for hip hop than any newcomer within the last 5 years.

Once again this is more of the same crap from non-rap listeners whose only exposure to Kanye is his wild antics. If they even bothered to listen to his beats (read: musical compositions) especially on his last album, you'll see how much passion this guy puts into his work.

I don't rate him high as a rapper (though I do rate him higher than most rappers today), but I don't think ANYONE can argue his skills as a producer. It's kinda hard to explain, when we're talking about beats.

Like I said, just take a listen to his work on his last album (which he did a co-collab with famed Jon Brion). It's nothing ever heard of in a rap album. Not to mention his use of samples rejuvenates old classics for the modern world.

Simply put, West used someone else's image to promote his song/album and did so without consent. You cannot profit off someone's image without said persons consent. While usually this goes unchecked, it is still illegal.

If someone shots a movie using the likeness of Spiderman without permission, I'm quessing Marvel/Sony would have an issue with that.

While I don't care for West's antics and politics, he is a good artist. But his arrogance has again put him in the courtroom and will certainly lighten his wallet.
