image > adjustment > color balance
or image > adjustment > hue/saturation and check colorize

my favorite method is to actually take the airbrush with the color of your choosing, and put the brush on 'color' mode, and it takes all the same tones and highlights for that color as you brush over it. =)

I did a little more than than just changing her skin color - alot of cutting & pasting and I didn't want her in a purple dress

Nice job by the way. I would make the hair a little darker than the skin though.

This was done with a mouse and a picture with a lot of noise in it - but I think it came out alright

Attention Everybody, Batboy 99(who I don't know at all) is an ungrateful brat, I took 3hrs. of my time to do this for him for free and when I told him via my home e-mail that I wont do any more from him unless I get paid for it - his responce are a couple nasty e-mails to me - I do this for him and I get aduitue because I won't keep doing this - Can someone explain this to me

Don't pay any mind. I did a few manips from him and yea he was ungrateful for them. I spent all that time doing something for him and he kept asking to change it. He's just an immature little kid and doesn't understand how hard it is to manip.

Then he has the nerve to give constructive criticism to other artists and he himself can't manip for ****.

you know batboy, get your own photoshop and let's see what you can do.
