Should be fairly soon with Daredevil, unless there's something in the works. Wolverine extended the X-Men rights until 2014, and there are further movies in the works there, so it'll be there for a long time to come.

As for the "mystery film" my guesses: Dr. Strange or Black Panther. Both are properties that Marvel has been pushing lately. Or it could be the S.H.I.E.L.D. film there have been rumors about.

Well to me it sounds like an unannounced movie, we already knew about antman, and we now know about deadpool, it seems like a movie they're trying to surprise the public with.

Even though deadpool hasn't been dated yet I don't its the deadpool movie, It may just be the fanboy within me and the desire to see this but I think its the incredible hulk 2.

we don't know about deadpool yet, daredevil is with fox still I think, that's why they wanted to do a reboot before the licens ran out.

No thats under SONY.

I think some people are having problems remembering what characters are under who.

-FOX- (Fantastic Four(expect Namor who was under Universals control but most likely is back with Marvel), Most if not all of the X-men characters, Daredevil and all his characters Eletra was under that so that means they still have control.)
SONY-(Spider-man which includes Venom) they had Dr.Strange but lost that to Marvel

I think thats it. Everyone else has returned to Marvel. Werewolf by night, man-thing, and the Hulk have as well.

I can't remember if there's any others my forgetting.
