You guys, she is her father's power. He brought her to life. He can digitize objects and people, and then reversed it, creating a girl with the likeness of his deceased daughter, Miko. She is not Miko, she is a copy of her. Hence: Katana Girl. So yea, she's not an evo. She's the product of one.
