4Gamer.net has gone up with 25 minutes of footage from the Knights of Valour cloed beta on PlayStation 4.
First announced at the Tokyo Game Show last year, Knights of Valour is a free-to-play PlayStation 4 evolution of the arcade side-scrolling action game supporting up to four players.
If you have a Japanese PlayStation Network account with PlayStation Plus, you can download the closed beta for yourself on the PlayStation Store. It began on March 4 and runs through March 19. Otherwise, the full game is due out this summer.

GamesInFlames will release Knights of Valour, the free-to-play, side-scrolling, stage-based beat ’em up from International Games System, in Europe and Australia in February, the publisher announced.
Knights of Valour has been available via the Singapore PlayStation Store since September 2015.

It added full English support in July 2016.

Here’s a brief overview of the game, via GamesInFlames:
Knights of Valour is based on the popular arcade game. The PS4 version features a brand-new look and not only retains the traditional game features, but involves a more intricate storyline and stunning graphics. Its classic beat ’em up gameplay against dozens of enemies including mighty bosses offers a well-known and yet innovative game experience for everybody.
Players are able to select one of seven different characters, each with unique traits to fit their individual playstyles. They also collect equipment and learn lots of new skills to enhance their characters’ abilities and are even able to create customized skill combinations to design a unique serial attack.
