It might've been better if they kept him wearing his overcoat, but the figure doesn't really match a specific scene from the movie. They should've done one of him standing in the street with his machine gun. That's a more iconic pose for the character.

I suspect they were aiming for "different" but you know, his pants fit better than that; they really are based much more on the English Teddy Boy-influenced punk stovepipe trousers (to go with the Mod-Edwardian coat), than on the pleated zoot-suit type trousers the comic book character sometimes wears.

i actually quite like the slight-cartoon feel...

and so what if it doesn't depict a scene from the movie... it captures the feel... and the costume details are quite something...
