If it is done in a way that is hate filled, then it is most certainly bad. I've seen full on entire SHOWS where Black comedians were talking mercilless, hate-filled s*** about "White People", using derogatory slang and making disgusting, false generalizations about "White People".
But you'd have to provide something more direct here, because you're telling me it's "hate filled"...so I can't assume anything otherwise.
