Kreuk clears up Street fighter production clash

Kreuk has posted, via her Facebook account, a statement on how the filming of the Streeetfighter movie will impact the five new epsiodes of S7.

Obviously I have loved my time on the show, but I am equally as thrilled to move on to new endeavors. Don't feel for us Kreuk/Lana fans. When she posted that news bit it was about 8:30am for me but I just had to get a drink. I've been waiting since S4 for Kristin to leave this show because it's sad to see how they waste her potential as an actress. So I'm totally happy.

She has 2 actually. One for just her to which no one can gain access. But she shares one with Kendra and they occassionally leave messages there.

Kendra is (or used to be) production manager or something and then PR person of Smallville. If I remember her career on that show right. Dunno if she still is. I didn't keep up with that.

Of course not. There are plenty of OTHER reasons that I stopped watching the show, too. But I'm interested to see how they write the show with Lana out of the picture, since they will literally be forced to use a new source of tension in Clark's life.

wow, hostile much? yeah, he went to college but only for half a season. I'm not saying Lori should be the reason he goes back to college, but it would be nice to show that he does go back and study journalism. I don't want that donner crap where he goes to the FOS for 12 years and magically gets a job at the Planet.

You don't need a college degree to make it into a widely known newspaper. Lois and Chloe anyone? They are perfect proof you don't need education to get a good job. Why does Clark? Also I remember Clark wanting to take off 6 months after Jonathon's death. So now it's been years. Guess the college experience wasn't for Clark so he never went back. And I'm pretty sure they have long rebuilt any college damaged during Dark Thursday.
