OK, so who is watching it?

I surprisingly really enjoy it. Watch it with an open mind. It's not garbage like Meet The Spartans, Epic Movie, etc.

The best comparison? Think classic Mel Brooks and Spaceballs meets fantasy instead of Star Wars.

The cast is great. The villain Dangolar is HILARIOUS. He's like a British Dr. Evil.

India de Beaufort is hot too.

TheVileOne, I am watching this show too. I loved everything about it, The humor, characters (especially Krod, Aneka and Chancellor Dongolor), along with the action and fantasy setting. The last Sword And Sorcery comedy I remember was Wizards And Warriors.

Am I missing a joke with Dongolar? Sounds like it should mean something dirty.

Yeah, it does a good job of mixing comedy with swords and sorcery which you don't see very often.

I like Krod because he's supposed to be this manly hero, but he's actually quite insecure and a dork.

India's Pagan Racoon dance was one of the hottest things ever on television. India had no shame and some strippers could take some lessons from her.

I remember Locquasto's actor Steve Speirs on Extras, he's hilarious as well.

There are a couple gags that are very Python-esque. The villager asking about killing people every minute was like a total ripoff of Monty Python and The Holy Grail, but that's OK. People should be doing more comedy like Python.

I think more people need to give this show a look see and give it a chance.

My only real complaint would be is that the early episodes end sort of abruptly. It feels like they didn't have a real ending. It's almost like they shot the first several episodes together as like a movie and are just cutting them up in half hour installments.

i might check this out and yes thevile one you are missing the joke say dongolor to yourself slowly

My hope is that this show will do for fantasy and comedy what Red Dwarf and Hitchhiker's did for scifi and comedy.

"It will take more than one arrow to kill the greatest General that ever lived!"
Thwip! Thwip! Thwip!
"That will probably do it though."

When did it premiere? I've been seeing the commercials but I had forgotten about it.

It premiered last Thursday. Comedy Central's been replaying it quite a bit though.

New episode airs Thursday evening.

It premiered last Thursday, but Comedy Central has been replaying it a bunch. In fact it is on right now.

Awesome, it just started!

Great news. Comedy Central has just offered me an interview with India de Beaufort who plays the Racoon Pagan warrioress, Aneka.

Please post any questions you think I should ask her here.

India also played the landlord's daughter in Run Fatboy Run.

I like it.

It took me awhile before I realized Krod is the inverse of Dork. The character made even more sense to me after that.

I watched it... didn't laugh much. The villain is a great comic actor so of course, one of the best things about the show.

The joke I really laughed at?
"Get the bags!"
"There's only time to get one!"
"Get the one with the toys..."
"Oh"

It reminds me of BBC's Robin Hood and that Sinbad series from the mid 90s

This show is pretty hit and miss on the jokes, but I kind of enjoyed it. The girl is freakin' hot.

Yeah, its a British comedian.

I did interview India de Beaufort who plays Aneka, and she was very cool. I am totally crushing on her now.

The new hero character from the last episode is named Rafe(?) and he's played by James Murray who was also Stephen in Primeval. Krod's got some more competition now for Aneka.

Indeed she is. The fruit scene she had in the last episode with James Murray . . . oh my God.

This Thursday is the season finale.

So hopefully we can see more of this show. Its truly funny.

Seems like the jokes are hit or miss at times, but overall enjoy it.
