lol..reminds me of that ill-fated tv show..what was it mmmmm nightman

the action is done by none other than Tony Chiang of Hero and Flying Daggers fame.

It's gotten pretty rave reviews and it's quite a massive hit right now in India... biggest opening weekend in the past 15 years

lol yeah i was gonna say, it looked alot similar to daredevil

Difference being that Krrish is better than Daredevil.

Oh, and the first person to call me a xenophobe loses 10,000 points, because I love, love, LOVE Asian cinema in general (Japanese, Chinese, Korean). In fact, i'd say that about 40% of my DVDs are Asian movies (if you look at my movie threads, you'll see this is true.)
It's not my fault that Hindu directors can't make decent action movies if their lives depended on it.

Shut up and download the movie. It's the only superhero movie that can make a grown man cry.

Hrithik's acting ALWAYS makes me cry...especially when he's taking screen time away from someone like Shahrukh.

Wow, a bad ripoff of a bad movie's bad poster. Someone has to stop this.

I cried. There's 2 hours of my life I'm never gonna get back. Especially when those 2 hours couldn't have possibly been any more worse.

:( :( :(

Btw, how much can this guy sweat anyway?
That scene where he fights some ninjas on the forest?
He turns around (in one of those MANY close-ups to his sexy eyes) and like a thousand drops of sweat come flying your way, WTF?

This movie looks RIDICULOUS in a very bad way.

please tell me there is singing and dancing in this movie!

Yes but you can't hear it as it all sung well within the supersonic range

Well, then your opinion weights as much as a ton of turd. You're not allowed to speak volumes about a subject you don't know **** about.

That's YOUR opinion, based on... what? Have you actually seen it, or just read something on the net or watched only the trailer?

I watched the entire movie and loved it, so I won't stop PRAISING a movie that I like, capice?

no capice... it's hackneyed, ripped off and crap... I have seen the film, the ONLY... ONLY INTERESTING PART was when Hrithik Roshan does the bo staff martial arts scene to help out his eventual circus friend and gets him some money... that i have to admit was quite impressive, BUT THAT WASNT EVEN A BLOODY ACTION SCENE... it was just a HERE, Look at my BETA my amazing long haired Greek God of a son named Hrithik doing martial arts... The costume was a rip off of Night Wing... anyone could figure out his disguise as there was absolutely NO FRIGGIN character difference between Krrish and his alter ego. At least Clark acted bumbling and altered his personal vs Superman

The special effects were etherealy crap. The completely hilarious part is when at the island battle scene he fly jumps in the air (they're not even bloody consistent with his lame ass fairy jumping powers) and he bends those two trees LOOL... THE CGI on there was some of the worst I'd seen... I've seen bad B-grade chinese Wire-Fu martial arts films that had better VFX.

And of course, His mighty SPEED PUNCHES!!! Yes, exactly, the ones where he throws a punch, and his fist is stuck in mid-air with background going so rapidly fast behind him like a crap 80s Anime cartoon (reminded me of that anime soccer cartoon with the soccer ball going so fast the background consisted of lines going right behind it)... some of the worst cheaply thought out effects by Craig Mumma and Mark Colby... the two lackeys who did an equally crap job on the prequel Koi Mil Gaya.

Then let's not forget crap fight scene where all of Naseerudin Shah's bad guys in his ****tily designed Star Trek 60s looking lair (Indian films just plain suck at Sci Fi... sorry, they need to stick to better films like Lagaan, DDLJ, Satya, Nayakan, Earth, Awara, Pyaasa, Maqbool, Omkara, Rang De Basanti, Water, etc) all surround Hrithik and what happens? OH YES THATS RIGHT... Let's completely rip off an entire fight scene from Equilibrium... THATS RIGHT, Cuz that's what Indian film directors are FANTASTIC AT DOING... completely hamfist copying scene for scene, style for style almost shot for shot of hollywood films and even music (the only example being Karan Johar buying the rights to use Oribisons Pretty Woman for Kal Ho Na Ho and I give kudos to him for that).

The film's story bounced from place to place, the performances only by Rekha and Hrithik to a certain extent truly lift the film. It's cheesy, the SFX were horrible, production design substandard garbage, the action, the less said the better... doing multiple Round House kicks was a thing of the 80s, yet that's all they made him do during the live actual fight scenes... Not ONE of his friggin fight scenes even matched crap films like Elektra and Daredevil... yet they spent fortunes on the film.

Him leaping from top to top and from the road to cars looked mighty stupid... all of a sudden he floated like a fairy, no real attention at all paid to detail or any idea of physics which at least Hollywood Superheroes TRY to do to some extent. The only remote part I remember in the film like that is when he's chasing after Naseer when he's in the helicopter

Proof enough that I've seen the film? Or do you want more? I even know the bloody crew that worked on this crap film... Based on what I've SEEN which is the entire film... dig it brother? or do you not capice now? lolz.
