Honestly, I would say that Kung-Fu Panda was one of the 20 best Martial arts films ever made. I know, I know you are thinkings since it is cgi movie that it can't be. But it is! If you haven't seen it, trust me and go. Martial arts fans will love this. Haters by sheer definition won't.

yay!

this specific topic definitely deserved its own thread.

well done, sir.

hey hey....it is a a miscellaneous movie thread. Martial arts fans will appreciate this, not Hater as I said will not. I mean I could do a poll about another movie or bash other films and their directors, but there are enough haters in the world........

Hmmm...Top 20? Well, from top to bottom, yeah, I could probably say this. I mean, you've got to give props to the artwork and the characters and the storytelling. Some of the older kung fu movies may have more fighting or better choreography, but the stories themselves are very shallow or flat or even non-existant.

If Kung Fu Panda isn't in the top 20, then maybe it deserves some sort of mention down the line.

Hear Hear....fight scenes were pretty dope and I've seen almost every karate, kung fu movie...ever made...and yes I can make that claim.

i want this movie bad...it kicked my ass

is it better than advent children

we need to find some animated fight scenes to compare it to...

I'm a lover of TMNT old school and new, but KFPanda had better fight scenes in it.

Loved this movie.
Totally had the feeling of an old school kung fu movie, and it had NO pop culture references.

Thank God for that! I loved this movie! So much better then any other dreamworks film except maybe the first Shrek and Madagascar before they became overrated and then just plain annoying.
