I am curious to see their take on Lockheed. I never cared about him in the comics though.

that's probably the best we can hope for. They'd have to delve into a straight up alien galaxy travel saga in order to have the "traditional" Lockheed, unless they do a thing where it's an imp from Limbo, where Magik usually teleports.

Having Lockheed be from Limbo makes the most sense. I don't see the issue with it. No need to deal with space.

I like the image of her with the stuffed Lockeed. You can do a Labyrinth, American Mcgees Alice,Return To Oz type etc thing there. Lockheed could be used as a nice comfort for whenever she had to visit that nightmare world.

Be cool to see some Alice In Wonderland influence with Magik used. Mixed with the Nightmare on Elm Street influence that would be alot of fun.

He appeared on the Brood Homeworld. He met Kitty and became friends with her after saving her from some Brood aliens.

This is around Uncanny x-men vol. 1 162-166.

Why not? Famke Jansen (Jean), Hugh Jackman (Wolverine) and Colossus got cameos. I feel NM would feel weird without being linked to the X-Men.

Because its the same company who is still putting the X-Men in the past and still making movies with the less appealing cast.

I find Maisie Williams and Taylor-Johnson are pretty appealing choices for a new brand of superheroes.

Even though I'm not a fan of their version, Lockheedlooks pretty good in actual small dragonite form.

I don't understand where the Lockheed toy comes from. Did Illyana create that out of nothing, modelling the toy after the TRUE Lockheed living in the Limbo? Could be.

It seems to me that Illyana has mutant sourcery powers, she can tap energies into the Limbo (an alternate dimension).
