Thank you! This film needed to succeed so it could pierce the thick skulls of WB executives that DC is not just about grim dark characters. They simply learned all the wrong lessons from Nolan's trilogy and continued to hire a director who insisted that these characters needed to grow up. I hope this is "lesson learned" for WB. I really hope.
 
I'm generally optimistic about Aquaman and all the films they've got planned until 2020. All we need to do is survive a disappointment in JL. All I'm hoping is JL is at least up to MOS's level of quality and far, far away from BvS and Suicide Squad.
 
Yes, I Like Momoa and I like James Wan. I'm sure they can deliver - if they're allowed to (hopefully WWs reception will help ensure that). As for JL I'm looking forward to it - although I was always looking forward to WW more. I'm not sure if the alleged two months of reshoots is a good thing or a bad one.
