Late Night with Jimmy Fallon OR Carson Daly?!

Damn.....

Even if Fallon or Daly host the new Late Night, I''ll be watching Craig Ferguson. He is 2nd best after Conan!

I was rooting for Tina Fey, but she has a sitcom now.

Out of the two, I'd rather see Fallon. Carson Daly's show is horrible.

But yeah, if Ferguson were playing at the same time, I'd probably watch him. Unless Fallon actually turned out to be good. Heh.

How on Earth is Carson even CONSIDERED?

It's a mystery as to how he still has his own late night show to begin with...he is the opposite of funny and makes jokes about it, which is all he has.

david alen grier should take over his the most hilarious guy ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Lorne Michaels will remain as excutive producer, so there is a good chance one of his SNL buddies will get the job. Amy Poehler...perhaps? Darrell Hammond?

Hammond is too depressed to be a talk show host. I think Chris Parnell would make an awesome alum turned late night host. You know, provided Michaels didnt fire him twice.

I liked Fallon during the early 00's.

Neither of them deserve it, Fallon is hard to watch just because he's so damned annoying and Carson Daly is dull as hell. In the end though, they can both host the show for all I care, I'm only watching Conan.

Andy Richter, damnit!

Andy Richter would be amazing. Fallon would just laugh the whole time. Daly would try to impress every guest too much. Ferguson is good, but I'd like to see something fresh.

Jimmy Fallon or Carson wouldn't last long in that time slot.

Jimmy Fallon can be funny but I don't think he'd make a good host. He'd be better than Carson Daly though.

Parnell fired = Huge mistake for SNL.
He'd be a great host.

Darrell Hammond will remain possibly the best impersonator of all-time, but he's no host. I still love him to death.

Christopher Titus. Awesome stand-up, twisted sense of humor, can do original, crazy, and smart sketches in addition to badass monologues.

But he might be too edgy to do network tv. It's why his sitcom was cancelled.

I say give it to Will Arnett AND Amy Pohler. That way, if they ever divorce, we'll get to see some of the most brilliantly awkward chemistry since the final season of Sonny & Cher.

Dana Carvey is still king!

Eh he's like over 50 now and his impressions were went more for laughs not accuracy and laughs like Hammond's.

NBC is focusing young, just like Conan was 30 when he got Late Night in 1993. So any suggestions mean the host will have to be under 35 when its 2009. That way if things work out whoever is the host could remain with NBC for 20 years and eventually host the Tonight Show plus appeal to the younger audience who stays up late.

Then there is the rumour that Leno will leave for ABC (cancelling Nightline and Jimmy Kimmel Live or atleast bumping Kimmel back) or Fox. He didn't say would retire, NBC told him that in 2009 Conan will get your spot and he was fine with that but now might not be ready to retire. Letterman is staying until 2010.

So it could be Letterman vs Leno vs Conan in fall 2009.
