From the look of it, precognition like Isaac. That, or maybe superhuman inteligence. Both of which would explain the whole "knowing my enemies moves before they did" line, which seems to be the biggest clue.

The novel implies she is some kind of pre-cog, but it could be misleading us. It might just be that she was good at her job. Isn't there supposed to be someone introduced with nature-like powers, or is that a different character to Hana?
