The Dark Knight Least favorite Scene?

Wall scene = BADASS
I didn't like the fact that Ledger wouldn't get the chance to bring his great, sadistic JOKER :hoboj:character back for another movie :csad:

The bat-pod flip was one of my favorite parts of the film, I thought it was amazing, that whole sequence in general was though.

Wall flip - made me flip!, ok so its shamelessly just a bit of flash, but c'mon its not like he drove up the side of a building or anything

Well we wouldnt want to see Batman Forever again now would we?

The batpod coming out of the tumbler was a great idea and justifies why he needs to go to the floorboard position. I thought in BB it was a little silly for him to drop down into the floorboard whenever the tumbler went into combat mode. Now it all makes sense since he's in the batpod position in the event that the tumbler is damaged. It makes sense as opposed to creating something for the sake of it.

Most of the scenes with Two-Face I didn't like, he just bored me, partly because I didn't like what they did to his face (not impressed)

But otherwise, I hated the kids fake shooting the guns out the window, I thought that was really stupid

Totally agreed!

the batpod going vertical up the wall and turning around and landing perfectly... pretty gay, but that was there for the kiddies

So.....the batpod going up the wall was pretty "happy, and light hearted" huh?

You have recieved an infraction for that remark. Do not use the term "gay" again to denote that something is "wrong, bad, or not right".

Not sure what exactly was my least favorite scene but I definitely think this movie was one or two sequences too long. It is difficult to get a finger on what exactly should have been omitted. One of the stories definitely needed to be ripped out though because I think that, if nothing else, this movie is guilty of being 'too much.'

I am thinking that the two boats or the guy on the news revealing Batman's identity. Both were not needed and probably overflooded the ending. One of those could have been left out and the story would have been just fine.

fine, fair enough. that part of that whole scene seemed... pretty childish and a little to unbelieveable compared to the rest of the films greatness.

thats what it reminded me of, and it just didn't seem to fit in well in book. I understand it was there for flash, or for the kids or for the general movie goers to "ooh and ahh" over... but, whatever. one small part in a literally epic film

I loved the chase sequence, but didn't like the flip. I don't understand why people hate the scene before it, though. It has great effects, stunts and action. Maybe a few forgettable cheesy lines, and I did that already; I forgot.

so your saying it was overwhelming?

Because I think that was the point; I think we're supposed to feel that Joker is relentless; whenever something ends he starts up all over again. It makes you go.."no...not again"

But if you are viewing strictly as a movie and not being engrossed into the story than yeah...that makes sense

Lau's interrogation scene, I didn't really care for it.

Using Scarecrow..
A WASTE!!!

Would you rather it was just some no-name street-thug? Batman does routine busts of lower rank villains like that all the time in the comics, especially with Scarecrow. He is really not that threatening of a villain.

I think you're highly underestimating the character then. Physically, he's no threat, but when he gets the upper hand, you're in a very deep hole.

Less we forget, he did "beat" Bats on their first encounter.

I am not saying that the scarecrow is NEVER a threat, but Batman makes routine busts of criminals, including supervillains, all the time. Scarecrow is sometimes one of them.

Not to mention that in the context of the movies he wasn't anywhere near the level of the Joker as a threat. Scarecrow is pretty much a one-trick pony with that fear gas, and though he may disperse it in creative ways, it is pretty much expected that that is what he is going to do. So, RELATIVELY the Scarecrow is a minor threat in comparison to some of the other rogues in the gallery.

Regardless of the threat the Scarecrow poses, it isn't out of the question for Batman to bust him quickly and I am happy they used him for continuity rather than having Batman bust some random criminal.

I thought the wall flip was the batpods back wheel spinning itself around. Epic regardless. :3
I thought the ferry had some of the cheesy 'citizens' acting that was always in the Spider-Man films... like when the ferry crew got some paper off the wall for the votes and a woman in front of him went "Oooooooooh nooooooo." and bangs her head against the wall... it's bad.

I also didn't like the use of the sonar, but on my second viewing it didn't bother me as much.
Agreed.

Probably the scene when Bruce saves Reece in his Lamborghini, simply because the scene felt unecessary.

While I respect your opinion, I feel this scene was completely necessary. It was at that point that Bruce made an unspoken deal with Reece, basically telling him to lay off the Batman identity talk.

while at first I was disappointed with the scarecrow scene, I thought about it later and everything you just said is what came to mind. I have since changed my mind and think the scene was a cool way to show both Batman's crime fighting routine, and the Scarecrow being, as you put it, a one trick pony.
