Legion of Superheroes cartoon isn't too bad.

I hope it's okay that I put this here since it's DC related but not a movie.

I hadn't had a chance to see the cartoon till this morning and, I was really surprised with it, it's not that bad, I was afraid it was going to be like Teen Titans or likesome of that other crap that they call cartoons nowadays.

I didn't think it would be a serious show. Superman looks good but he looks more like Superboy. But still cool.

I like it better than the Batman.

I agree its not to bad. I've seen only 11 of the 13 episodes. Really wish someone woule upload 12 and 13 to youtube. But yeah the show isn't too bad. It has its share of some really bad episodes. But the show gets pretty good at times. Hopefully like Teen Titans it will pick up and get alot better with the second season.

My only main problem with the series is that Brainiac 5 is too nice. He's a much more interesting character when he's a scheaming, arrogant ******* who thinks he knows better than everyone else.

Yeah, we got a hint of that in one episode (don't remember the name of it, but I think it's the one with the Zod-like Kryptonian) where he lied to Superman about having Kryptonite.

I actually liked most of the cartoons DC has released recently: TT was pretty good, espicially when they went into darker territories, like the episodes with Slade. The Batman, while having a slightly rocky start, has released some episodes lately that were up there with B:TAS in quality. Legion was pretty cool too.

They've all been, at least, pretty good quality cartoons with respect to the material it's based on.

Except Krypto. F**k him.

From one i've heard about the season final the show got pretty dark. So just like Teen Titans that was so so its first season then got really dark with the final. Might just get darker for the second season. Which is great.

Only thing TT is really dumb all the time, that crappy anime ticks me off, but Legion is a serious show, the art work isn't too serious, but it still is more serious than TT.

I'm still pissed that they didn't do a more accurate portrayal of how big the Legion is and that they HAD to bring Superboy into the show.
Did they not think that Cosmic Boy was a strong enough character.
I hate what they've done to Brainy, Triplicate Girl and Saturn Girl. (SPEAKING WITH HER MOUTH?!! WTF?!)
It's not that bad a show, but I still refuse to watch it. It's nothing like the LOS I read about in the comics, and I'm pissed at all of the liberties they have taken with the characters.
