So apparently the cast (wonder how many?) is going to perform at the Oscars. No specifics yet. Look at Anne's husband in the back checking his phone LOL.

Samantha Barks, who plays Eponine in the hit movie Les Miserables, wasnt able to join in the films triumph at the Golden Globes because shes in a touring production of Oliver!
But the young actress will be given permission to leave the tour a few days early so she can perform at the Oscars.
Its still being decided what song will be sung, but Samantha will participate with other cast members such as best actor nominee Hugh Jackman, best supporting actress front-runner Anne Hathaway, heart-throb Eddie Redmayne, Amanda Seyfried and others in one of the rousing crowd numbers One Day More or Do You Hear The People Sing.
The other idea being discussed is to have a medley with, perhaps, Anne performing an excerpt of I Dreamed A Dream (which she sings with heart-breaking raw emotion in the picture); Samantha coming in with On My Own; Hugh giving us his Who Am I? or Bring Him Home, and so on.
Nothing, however, has been decided. The Oscar creative team have to work out how other numbers work within the ceremonys framework.
For instance, Adele is performing the theme from Bond film Skyfall, but whether thats being staged as a stand-alone song or as part of the Academys tribute to 50 years of 007 is still being mulled over.
But back to Samantha. She finished the Dublin leg of the Oliver! tour last weekend. This week, she and the rest of the cast have a short break.
Samantha auditioned for various projects before scooting off to Florida to perform at a retreat for executives from NBC-Universal. She then returns to Oliver! at the Bristol Hippodrome on January 22. She was due to finish on February 24.
However, Olivers producer Cameron Mackintosh has allowed her to leave early, so she can travel to Los Angeles to rehearse for the Oscars instead.

Amanda Seyfried, Eddie Redmayne and Anne Hathaway attended the Golden Globes and will be joined with Barks for the Oscars
Mackintosh, who also controls the Les Mis stage show, produced the film with Eric Fellner and Tim Bevan from Working Title, and Debra Hayward.
He wasnt at the Beverly Hilton when Les Mis won for best musical or comedy film, and Anne Hathaway and Hugh Jackman took home trophies. He had back trouble, so was unable to fly.
It was fitting, though, that Les Miss composer, librettist and lyricist (respectively) Claude-Michel Schonberg, Alain Boublil and Herbert Kretzmer were on hand to witness the joy.

And theres a lot of joy: the film, which is directed by Tom Hooper, has taken £13  million in the UK in just one week; and 12 times that amount in the rest of the world.
Fellner noted audiences are strongly drawn to it. It has themes that have survived for 150 years, starting with Victor Hugos novel, then the show for three decades, and now the film.
People are aware of the music, and are drawn to see the film. Its more accessible than the stage show, but I believe once theyve seen the film, they are more likely to seek out the show at the theatre.
Its proving to be a very emotional engagement for the audience.
Fellner praised his whole cast, but observed Samantha had been a particular surprise, given she had never been on a film set before.
I happened to be at the studio when she did her costume and make-up tests, and I was struck by her confidence.
'Youd expect an actor or actress who had never been in front of cinematic cameras to be nervous, but she was like an old pro.
She was at home, and its clear she loves what she does. She doesnt have fear or failure in her make-up, he told me.
Indeed, when I visited Pinewood I also noticed how she and the camera were comfortable together. Samantha has a great career ahead of her, but she wont just be doing musicals.
She wants to do straight acting, as well as singing roles.
To that end she wont be doing the musical film Walking On Sunshine, opposite Kylie Minogue, because she doesnt want to be typecast as just a musical performer.

. I wonder what does she look like when she comes from shower.
