Basically, who did you like most, who did you like least? My list is as follows:

BEST
1. Karen Jensen (N'Bushe Wright/Blade) Smart, tough and by no means a damsel in distress. She didn't scream once. This particular lady actually rescued the hero when it was all said and done.
2. Peggy Carter (Hayley Atwell/Captain America) Same attributes as Karen, just never had a chance to save Cap.
3. Evey Hammond (Natalie Portman/V For Vendetta) Love the way she turned out. Started as a mouse, ended up a revolutionary.
4. Jane Foster (Natalie Portman/Thor) She helped Thor find himself when nobody else believed in him.
5. Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway/The Dark Knight Rises) She portrayed Selina beautifully; her moral ambiguity was the perfect foil to Batman.
WORST
1. Chase Meridian (Nicole Kidman/Batman FOrever) "Batman will come forme." "Bruce, what are you trying to tell me?" Ugh. Need I say more?
2. Rachel Dawes (Katie Holmes/Batman Begins, Maggie Gyllenhaal/The Dark Knight) Simply not a likeable character in any way.
3. Lois Lane (Margot Kidder/Original Superman films) her fawning over Superman while being oblivious to Clark-other than when she knew he was Superman-is just irritating.
4. Mary Jane Watson (Kirsten Dunst/Spider-Man Trilogy) Yes, that's right. Ultimately she proved too needyand selfish for my liking.
5. Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone/Amazing Spider-Man) Scatterbrained.

My favorites:
Lois Lane (Margot Kidder)
Karen Jensen
Vicki Vale
Mary Jane Watson-though she was a bit helpless, I liked the relationship between Peter and MJ and it developed, especially over the course of the first movie.
Selina Kyle (both Michelle Pfieffer and Anne Hathaway)
Jean Grey-not sure if she is really a love interest but she's on my list.
Roxanne Simpson-Eva Mendes was one of the few things about Ghost Rider that I really liked. I also liked the actress that played the younger Roxanne.
Nyssa Damaskinos
Gwen Stacy (Emma Stone)
Peggy Carter
Betsy Ross (both Jennifer Connelly and Liv Tyler)
Lana Lang

Worst:
Lois Lane (Kate Bosworth)-completely miscast. Drab and uninteresting.
Jane Foster-(Sorry, but despite me liking Natalie Portman as an actress, I thought the character and actress were wasted, the relationship building was rushed)
Chase Meridian
Abigail Whistler (not sure if she was intended to truly be a love interest for Hannibal King or not, just wanted to hate on the movie)
Gwen Stacy (Bryce Dallas Howard)
Rachel Dawes (Katie Holmes)-I actually thought Maggie G. was okay.

Kirsten Dunst as MJ is my least favorite. We had to endure her for three movies. She was a horrid selfish girl.

I didn't see her as a "horrid, selfish girl" until I reviewed the trilogy as a whole. I think Peter was so lost in the fantasy of being with her that he couldn't see the reality of who she was. Which happens. She reminded me of a woman I pined over for years and when I finally got her, it was a nightmare.

Not counting Catwoman, who isn't really a traditional love interest in her many iterations, my favorite is Gwyneth Paltrow's Pepper Potts. Her spats with Robert Downey Jr are a highlight of the Iron Man films. They have fantastic chemistry. She's the second best character in those movies, which is really quite an achievement.

Worst is the Katie Holmes version of Rachel Dawes who is the clear weakpoint in an otherwise great film.

I'm sorry for "bumping" this thread, but I just wanted to voice my opinion about Gwen Stacy. How the HELL is she one of the worst love interests? She, IMO, is one of the best. She is intelligent, she helps Peter when he's Spider-Man, takes part in defeating the main bad guy, and is a very strong character. Her and Garfield had great chemistry, and Emma Stone's performance is great. There were issues with The Amazing Spider-Man, but Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy was definately NOT one of them. :)

I'd also like to add Carol Ferris (Blake Lively/Green Lantern) to my favorites; if for no other reason than because she didn't fall for that ridiculous domino mask-which I've argued for YEARS doesn't fool anybody. I also liked her spirit & supportiveness.

Pepper is my favorite as well. Kidder was good as Lois in 2 films, Atwell was awesome as Peggy Carter, Emma Stone was great as Gwen Stacy, Portman as good as Jane Foster as was Liv Tyler as Betty Ross. Hathaway as Selina Kyle was the best thing about TDKR. And Connelly was wonderful as Jenny Blake. Not sure if I can think of any more I liked. Oh, Wright was pretty good as Karen Jensen. That's about it. I treat love interests who also happen to be superheroes in their own right as a separate category, so no Natasha Romanov, Jean Grey or Rogue on this list.
