Die Hard is a film set at the Christmas season, it isn't a Christmas film in that it's narrative is not driven by the Christmas spirit or time of goodwilll etc.
Except for John McClain trying to reconcile with his family at the Christmas party when the robbery happened. Hallmark channel 24/7 is running two months worth of TV movies with the same basic plot point of guy gets back together with long lost love during the season
Die Hard is the one Christmas movie that never fails to get me in the Christmas spirit, so I don't know what y'all are talking about.
Exactly.Die Hard is the one Christmas movie that never fails to get me in the Christmas spirit, so I don't know what y'all are talking about.
I would say Scrooged Bill Murray that film is another Christmas classic that is underrated in my opinion
It is one of Murray's best performances in my view, covers the gambit of the originally perceived arc whilst being 'his' film, and his Richard Burton impression is one of the best I've ever heard.![]()
