I doubt the film will be black and white, but I could imagine them making a B&W version as an extra feature on a DVD release.
Nice trailer. Looking forward to watching it again in full HD tomorrow.![]()
Saw the leaked trailer. I really am digging the tone and vibe this film is giving off. Can't wait to see it in HD tomorrow.
Hurt by Johnny CashWow, great Trailer.
Song name?
Hurt by Johnny Cash
Originally by nine inch nails but it became Cash's song the second he decided to sing it.![]()

I think Jim in retrospect was severely restricted by The Wolverine's rating as well as the general state of the X-Men franchise at the time. But with DOFP bringing the X-Men completely into the modern age of comic book films and Deadpool/Apocalypse taking advantage of that by going full blown comic book (though the results varied), I think Jim can finally let loose and dig deep into what he does best as a director and craft these really humane dramas.I LOVE the trailer. The Wolverine should've been purely about Logan in Japan (like Darren Aronofsky had initially planned), instead of throwing in mutants and X-Men nods to pander to the audience. And with this, it seems like they've learned from their past mistakes. This really has a unique feel, and seems like it will focus on what matters most in the storyline.
Between Deadpool and this one, 20th Century Fox may already be my favorite studio adapting comic books today.
They've really got some huge balls in trying to push the 'genre' and do something fresh with these movies.
Now it's all up to James Mangold and the script to craft a great movie from what is a great (and seemingly uncompromised) premise for Hugh Jackman's final Wolverine movie.
