I've kicked the tires on a few people that have gone to the critic screenings and they've all hinted that they liked it to certain degrees. To what extent, I don't know because of the embargo and want to respect that, but Liefeld's tweet about how Fox has found their sweet spot with the R-rating might be indicative.

If this is a game-changer, holy hell. I don't know if I'll be able to contain anymore hype than I previously had for the film.

I remain cautious about all these claims. After the SS burn, I refuse to believe anything until I see it myself or enough proved sources openly confirm anything. But in case of Logan I heard only one "meh" opinion and it was from an ordinary guy, who isn't really into CBM. Critics opinions varied from "good" to "sweating palms", to "game-changer"... So who knows.

Same. But I don't recall anyone hyping SS - the reshoots had put a lot of that to waste I think. Robert Meyer Burnett hyped up Apocalypse a bit though and we know how that turned out. But we have about 36 hours left to go, so we will know soon enough. But in terms of being cautiously optimistic, I'm very much on the optimistic end. Everything about this film just seems to be bursting at the seams with good stuff.

Yeah, I just hope It to be the best. I mean like the dark knight for batman, Spider man 2 for spider man, The Avengers for MCU. LOGAN for X men universe !!!

I think, BvS toned down people's expectations, plus various negative rumors appeared... But it had plenty of good will and excitement, even despite the controversial Joker appearance. Trailers were great. Promos were all about how it's such an unusual CBM, how it goes against the grain, how acting is phenomenal and METHOD, how it's going to show Marvel what is what... I think even much more event-like BvS didn't try this hard to BS everyone.
