Does anyone know what time screenings are happening tonight?

Getting impatient.

From the day hugh jackman asked for fan input about what would we like to see in Logan and the day he said old man logan at Comic Con, We've come a long way.
Next 24 hours are very important for this movie.
Word of mouth will spread very soon !!!

I can feel it, the feedback's gonna be good. You don't release the embargo two weeks in advance if you don't know you've got a heavy hitter on your hands. I think Fox knows they did good with this one.

They're also doing a lot of critic screenings right now around the country it seems. So you can probably keep looking at reaction tidbits on Twitter right up until the embargo ends. We got about 1/2 a day left before the embargo ends and the film premiers in Berlin.

But I mean, Weintraub of Collider, Shirey of Joblo, Brandon Davis of CB.com, We Got This Covered have all praised the film to one degree or another, and I feel like some of those guys are pretty good indicators as to what kinda reactions we're gonna get. Angie Han of Slashfilm praised Dafne too. This film just feels really electric.

EDIT: Kevin McCarthy posted a pretty in-depth interview with Hugh, Jim, Patrick and Boyd also. Not spoiler-y but does kinda go into certain aspects of the film that you may want to remain unspoiled on. He's geeking out though per usual.

Here's an interesting tweet from a writer at First Showing and Geeks of Doom.
Heartbreaking. Brutal. Beautiful. #LOGAN

Review on letterboxd.

"After the first solo Wolverine film being one of the worst superhero films ever made and the second film being moderately entertaining at best, I am beyond ecstatic with how much I loved "Logan." It's a bold, risk-taking superhero film with high stakes, real consequences, and genuine character drama. Hugh Jackman and Patrick Stewart give the best performances they've ever given in these roles and James Mangold fulfills the promise of delivering the hard-R rated, violent Wolverine film that fans have wanted for so long. This is the best superhero film I've seen in a long*time."

4.5/5.

I wish they didn't have to ruin the first Wolverine movie. Could've been a great trilogy.

Good with the embargo lift or the film itself? Because if the film, I'd sooner credit Mangold with that, given some of Fox's decisions with this franchise, not to mention how hesitant they were with the R rating.

It worked out for the best. If Origins hadn't been such a massive disappointment, we would have not have received what we did after. It forced FOX to really evaluate the franchise and forced them to course correct it.

The franchise is now on huge upswing with First Class, The Wolverine, DOFP and Deadpool (with Apocalypse being a minor speed bump).

The wolverine movies are so disconnected from each other it doesn't matter.

Mod from chud saw the final cut this morning.

"Technically embargoed until tomorrow, but f**k it, Logan is great. And the room full of critics I saw it with went nuts for it."

I'm feeling the hype fam. 90+ on RT here we go.

I can't contain my excitement

Might have to light up a cigar and pour myself a glass of the hard stuff

It feels good to be excited for an x-men movie again.

I thought Apocalypse looked pretty meh (long before the reviews), and I wasn't looking forward to Deadpool cause I thought it would be bad and cringe worthy (I was very wrong).

So far everything looks good. Best super-hero film in a long time? How long? I hope since 2008. :D

Also have confirmation there is no post or after credits scene.

I don't think anyone would be crazy in saying this will, or could be the best comic book movie this year.

Lol imagine the panic we would all suffer if tomorrow the movie got panned Suicide Squad style. Or BvS.
