Looking for concept art for a villain

Hey fellas, I just receieved a screenplay for an episode for my batman beyond internet series that I will be filming, and I would like some ideas/sketches from you. The villain described in the script has a hood, a skull mask/face plate, a silver gauntlet that controls all of his abilities (he can bend time and space) and dressed kind of raggidly. Well, obviously I'm not gonna dress the villain in rags, so any concept art would be greatly helpful t: and an "art design" credit for the episode. You guys can see the teaser trailer here:

Could he be the new phantasm? like maybe andrea beaumont went and started a rival "league of assasins".

I'd like to take a stab at this myself. Any more background would be cool, tho.

I really like that Beyond costume. my only issue with it is that in house lighting it looks far to light grey. i think i'll take a stab at drawing a concept for this villian aswell. i hope someone can pump out something you like. =)

More background about the character: His brother was Mr. Fixx from the pilot episode of "Batman beyond" (the bald guy who killed Terry's dad and sank with the ship). Hes also a college professor in physics. Thats...pretty much it, lol. The episode is a two-parter, Terry and "Interval" (the villain's name) go back in time where Interval tries to kill Terry's parents.
