looking for help using winrar with a cbr/cbz files

Ok I have a cbr file I need to reorganize order that file is in. And read I needed to use winrar. To do it. But when I tried to change or rename the cbr files in winrar it wouldn't let me change them. Does any one know what I need to do to re organize order of the cbr files.

CBR is used to see files that are similar to PDF's right?
In that case you can use a free CBR reader that can be found with a Google search.

I also recommend that you use 7zip and not winrar as winrar is outdated and 7zip is also free

Thanks for your help. I was able to actually get winrar working and fixed issues I had with my cbr files.
