LOST V/S Heroes....Which Was Better This Week?

My friend and I have a bet on which show had the better episode this week and thought you guys might be able to help sort it out....so all you guys that watch both shows, which one was better this week?

as much as i love Lost, it's dragging it's feet way too much. they are trying too hard to have 5 season's worth of stories on something you can probably fit in 3. Heroes all the way baby!

Honestly?

I think ".07%" was better, despite it being one of the weaker episodes of the series. While LOST is my favourite of the two shows, I think that Heroes has done a better job of building momentum and sustaining it, rather than stretching it out for far too long.

Lost... Despite the fact that "0,7%" was a good episode, "D.O.C." was far superior in terms of plot and acting. It's a shame that everytime an episode of Lost doesn't give any answers, some viewers label it as "weak".

Heroes. Peter and Issac died, and one still didnt let that keep them down. On Lost, we just found out that Sun could very possibly die and that Jin's mother was a money-grubbing ****e. At least we got Sun threatening to have someone killed. That was nice.

Lost as Charlie finally turned into a badass. Threatening to cut out that dudes other eye. Also we got to see Jin unleash his marital arts skills.

Lost is gonna have a hell of a time beating Heroes this week, however, with Locke coming back it may be able to. This is like the discussions I had during the first two seasons of 24 and Alias, which one was better each week.
